By buying my commissions you are agreeing to my terms of service and it is your own fault if you do not read them before buying.Please be aware I am in college constantly so I am quite slow with art, please be patient with me! I have a trello to keep track of all my commissions/work I need to do. I spend a lot of time on my pieces to ensure that I am providing the buyers with the best quality that I can currently provide for my art skills.I have every right to decline commissions that I feel uncomfortable doing or feel like I wouldn't be able to do.My works are not to be used in any sort of NFTs or AI art, ever.If the commission is meant to be used for commercial use please state that within your first message, as that will be an extra cost.If you use paypal for payment, an additional 3% will have to be added to compensate, I mostly use venmo, cashapp or zelle, they're easier for me so I highly recommend using thoseThere are no refunds once you have paid please be aware of this, I only will provide a refund if I'm unable to finish your commission due to personal issues. If the buyer wishes to change the character or drawing AFTER the sketch was approved that will be an extra charge to compensate for the now disgarded work and my time. Please be 100% certain of things and don't change things last minute.I under any means will never draw characters in depictions of problematic stuff, illegal stuff, incest, rape, pedophilia, loli, etc. I don't support that stuff and get that off my page.For 18+ commissions, if I don't personally know you, please have some indication somewhere you are an adult on your page. Minors being caught trying to buy commissions like these will be blocked and not allowed to purchase any of my commissions again. I'm usually chill with what I can draw for this type of stuff! My examples can be found on toyhouse as those are protected behind the correct filters!
